Whats your favourite product

Hi Guys,
I hope all of you who met with Peter and Susan on the roadshow had a good time and learnt a lot too.
I have two questions for you.
What is your favourite NYR product?
What is the most asked question at a party?

I look forward to hearing from you

Suzanne

  2. Thanks for your webinar today! I have a few potential clients with rosacea. What is the best product line, or what would you suggest for this condition? I want to show up to the party armed with info! Thanks!

  3. Thank you for the great product training on the webinar. I can't wait to be able to offer Starflower. The info on the men's line will help me with promoting Father's Day sales. Love, love, love Frankincense Serum and now Wild Rose Beauty Elixir!

  4. Hello Suzanne!
Your training is always so helpful. I have had a Consultant question our use of plastic. Can you tell me more about what type of plastic we use? Are there reasons that some of our products are in glass and some in plastic beyond the breakage factor?

  5. Hi, Suzanne!
Wild Rose Body Elixer is AMAZING!! My sun-damaged skin is much improved in color (lightened freckles) & texture, tone. Frankincense serum is fantastic, just like everyone has been saying. I've been using it for 3 weeks and my skin feels and looks amazing. Good addition to my Rose Collection.

Most asked question at a party? This isn't a question from a customer but one from me as a result of their comment. When they say, "I have stuff at home that I need to use before I get new stuff", how can I respond to make it more urgent that they stop using the junk they have and buy the good stuff at that moment from me?

    Thanks!

  6. Hello Suzanne,
Thanks much for doing this blog! I do love reading it! I haven't gotten to post anything yet so here I go...
QUESTION: I know that other companies use chemicals to cause their shampoos, bath soaps, etc. to foam, suds, bubble. What does NYR Organic use for our foaming bath products, for example the Aromatic Foaming Bath?
    Thanks,

  7. Hi guys,
I missed seeing you all at the Conference however I am planning a visit in February for your Leaders meeting.
Regarding the party question, this is quite common as they don't always come to a party with a purchase in mind. I would recommend that you suggest products which can be added to their routine but you will need to ask what they have at home. For example, not everyone has a mask, polish or a serum but they are a great way to see instant results. Also you can focus on Wild Rose Beauty Balm as it has so many uses. If you have sample pots you can give enough product for a couple of days use and when they finish they will miss it so hopefully they will order after and then you can suggest they book a party to make a saving.
The foaming agents we use are naturally derived which is why they have fewer bubbles. For example Aromatic Foaming Bath contains cocamidopropyl betaine, derived from coconuts, is used as a mild foaming and cleansing agent. This is blended with lauryl glucoside, a mild detergent made from vegetable oil linked to a natural sugar. Together they have preserving properties which means that few extra preservatives have to be added.

  8. Hi Suzanne -
I received this question from a client and wanted to forward to you:

What is the difference between the Purifying Palmarosa Facial Serum and the Purifying Palmarosa Pore Minimiser?
How and when should each be used?

    Thanks,
    Silvana

  9. I was wondering if you could tell me if our G & O body lotion has any soy or corn derived ingredients. I have a client that can not have any products derived from corn or soy and we wanted to know if any of the less than obvious ingredients in the G & O body lotion come from soy or corn. Thanks.

  10. Hi,
In answer to Sylvana's question. The Pore Minimiser reduces the appearance of enlarged pores and has an action to soften cells which may be blocking a pore so they shed more easily. It is a topical treatment.
The Serum is to re balance the excessive oil production and can be used on the entire face avoiding the eye area.

Maryann, G&O Body lotion has a corn derived thickener. Can I suggest a body oil would be better.

    Regards,
    Suzanne

  11. my favorite product is the Baby Balm <3
My son has a rash on his gentiles and 1/2 way up his back side for 3 days. He couldn't even where a diaper; poor little guy. We tried over the counter and Rx's. Nothing helped. We tried the Baby Balm as a last resort (it should have been our first resort). It cleared it ALL up in 24 hours!
My most asked question as my show is if we will come out with a hair gel and/or hair spray.

  12. I do have a question: what product is good to recommend for a customer who has psoriasis (who is allergic to strong smells and shea butter)? She has very sensitive skin.
